Response to SP Attacks

I honestly think that the attacks in South Philly High school were targeted attacks based on their races.I don't think that its fair at all that people cant even go to school and get their education. The streets of Philadelphia aren't safe being that the kids are out of control.I think that if they cant get the kids in line then the hole city might go down hill.
